We are very happy with the service Oscar and his team provided. I had a tricky situation with a new sidewalk coming in on my property. Oscar diagnosed the situation and was able to come out on short notice to re-route my pipes and wiring to avoid being crushed by the soon arriving sidewalk. At the same time they refreshed our entire system (which was in dire need) and even added a new zone my wife and I had talked about. All within a brisk 1 and 1/2 day schedule. Oscar accomplish this along with excellent communication and good pricing. BTW, I also shared this on a direct google review, but here it is again.

To say I'm impressed with Oscar in an understatement. I contacted Mr Sprinkler repair in spring of 2023 as we had several broken sprinkler heads. Oscar noticed we had a lot of water accumulating in the back of our yard and proposed a solution. Later in fall, we noticed the system wasn't working because our landscaper had cut wires and messed up. Oscar came the next day to fix what someone else had broken. A week later, after a lot of rain, I noticed water not draining fast enough. Our yard was flooding. I called and Oscar came the next day, working all day in pouring rain. He upgraded his installation to a higher capacity drainage system (pump) and now everything is functioning properly. These services do not exist anymore! Oscar simply has your back. He is so dedicated, unbelievable.
