What to tell a sprinkler company
- What the system is doing (zone won’t run, leak, won’t shut off, etc.)
- Which zone(s) and how many
- Controller brand, if you know it
- Approximate system age
- Whether water is running right now
- Photos of the controller, valve box or problem area
