Any estimate we provide is based on the information you share with us and, when possible, a site visit. Final pricing may vary if conditions differ from what was described. We will always discuss and confirm pricing with you before beginning work.

We reserve the right to decline service, reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment, staffing, or safety concerns, and to decline jobs that fall outside our service area or expertise.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Past-due invoices may accrue interest or be sent to collections as permitted by Texas law.

5. Warranty

We back our workmanship with a written warranty on parts and labor, as documented on your invoice. Warranty coverage applies only to the specific repair performed and does not cover pre-existing conditions, damage from acts of God, freeze damage where winterization was declined, or tampering by other parties. Warranty claims should be made to us first — we'll come back and make it right.

6. Customer Responsibilities

To help us do the best work for you, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your system, property, and access points.
  • Grant our technicians reasonable access to your property, irrigation controller, and water supply during scheduled appointments.
  • Inform us of any known hazards, buried utilities, invisible fences, pets, or sensitive landscaping before we begin work.
  • Pay for services as agreed.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim related to work performed is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. To the maximum extent permitted by Texas law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as water-related damage beyond our work area, lost revenue, or landscape loss outside the service scope).

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing affects your non-waivable rights under applicable consumer-protection laws.

8. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content — including text, photographs, logos, and graphics — are the property of SprinklerRepair.com or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial reference, but you may not copy or republish it without written permission.

9. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of those sites. Visiting a third-party site is at your own risk.

10. Governing Law
